This User Agreement governs the access and use of EaseMyHolidays and its services and is entered into between the user and AK INFOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered office at 6-101, Trivandrum Main Road, Parvathipuram, Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu 629003.

EaseMyHolidays — User Agreement & Travel Service Rules

Welcome to EaseMyHolidays (operated by Ak Infopark Private Limited). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (easemypay.in), mobile applications, travel booking platforms, retail offices, and telephone booking services.

By accessing, browsing, or booking travel services through EaseMyHolidays, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services & Contractual Relationship

EaseMyHolidays operates as a travel and holiday aggregator, tour operator, and travel agent. When you book travel arrangements through EaseMyHolidays, your booking creates a legally binding contract between you and EaseMyHolidays, as well as separate third-party contracts with primary service providers such as airlines, hotel chains, resort operators, cruise lines, transport providers, and visa processing agencies.

• Role of Company: EaseMyHolidays acts as an intermediary facilitating travel bookings.
• Supplier Policies: Third-party service providers maintain their own independent terms of service, which apply to your booking in addition to these Terms.

2. Booking Process & Payment Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation upon receipt of the mandatory initial deposit or full payment.

• Booking Deposit: A minimum deposit of 25% of the total package cost is required to initiate booking arrangements for domestic and international tours.
• Balance Payment: Full payment (100%) must be cleared at least 21 days prior to the scheduled departure date. Failure to remit full payment by the due date reserves EaseMyHolidays the right to cancel the reservation with forfeiture of the advance deposit.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Bank Wire Transfer, or authorized digital wallets.

3. Passports, Visas & Travel Documentation

It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to ensure all travel documents are valid, complete, and compliant with destination regulations.

• Passport Validity: Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the scheduled return date, with at least two blank pages.
• Visa Issuance: EaseMyHolidays offers visa assistance services; however, the granting or rejection of any visa remains at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. EaseMyHolidays accepts no liability for visa rejection, processing delays, or associated financial losses.

4. Amendments & Modifications by Travelers

Any change, modification, or postponement requested by the traveler after booking confirmation is subject to operational feasibility, vendor amendment fees, and applicable rate adjustments.

5. Code of Conduct & Passenger Safety

• Punctuality: Passengers must report to specified departure points, airports, or pick-up locations at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure times for ground transport, and as per applicable airline guidelines for flights.
• On-Board Rules: Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or unruly behavior on tour buses, group transfers, or guided sightseeing is strictly prohibited. Bus operators and tour managers reserve the right to deny service to disruptive passengers without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

EaseMyHolidays shall not be held responsible for personal injury, sickness, death, luggage loss, theft, operational delays, or flight cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, weather conditions, or airline schedule changes.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
